Top-ups purchased from UpReload are delivered in one of two ways:

  • Direct top-up - the credit is sent automatically to your phone
  • PIN code top-up - you receive a PIN code and enter it on your phone

The delivery method depends on your mobile network.

Top-ups purchased directly on the UpReload website are sent to your phone automatically.

  • Direct top-up - credit is added automatically
  • PIN code top-up - PIN and instructions are shown

No manual activation is required.

Top-ups purchased as part of an Auto Top-up subscription must be activated manually. This lets you choose when the credit starts and helps prevent it from expiring.

How do I activate an “Auto Top-up” top-up?
  • Go to your account homepage
  • Click View next to the top-up
  • Click Activate

After activation:
  • Direct top-up: credit is sent automatically
  • PIN code top-up: PIN and instructions are shown
